教學目標
To increase student knowledge of theories and practices dealing with marketing management. The project management has been well developed during the past two decades. Right now in the United States most big coeporations have demanded that for those managers wanted to be promoted to mid-level and senior executives should possess certificates of project management. The main purpose of this course is to teach undergrade and graduate students understanding theory and applications of project management. Specific methods such as net present value, internal rate of return, payback period, life cycle costing, cost-benefit analysis, and regression analysis will be presented in details.

本課程主要針對運健休所同學所設計218;透過課程內容循序漸進的安排，予以同學持續進行地區休閒產業、社會觀察與分析；典藉研讀與印證進行下列主題的探討與實際操作、分析、討論；

期能予以修課同學對於休閒產業與地區發展研究有全面及整合性的了解，進而在文獻選讀的過程中，發掘自己的興趣，選擇適合自己的主題進行報告；最終的目標乃希望同學得以獨力完成一篇完整的論述性或實證性的文章，並投稿學術研討會或期刊。
